For Vendors, Please describe your company or agency and what kind of booth set up you will have. What are you planning to offer/handout? Vendors will be part of our family fun Reindeer Games areas which will be a Christmas Carnival theme. Vendors are asked to supply a game, christmas themed service, or hand out candy, candy canes, trinkets, etc. Spaces are limited.

Would you like to volunteer? Input 1 if volunteering individually, input number if volunteering as a team or family.

Are you wanting to volunteer as a group from a business or agency? If so, how many volulnteers are you signing up?

Volunteers will be asked to do various event activities such as handout packets, assist with guest directions, provide support for Reindeer Games areas, etc. Volunteers will need to sign a waiver. If you have any limitations please list them below. Note the event is outdoors.

More Vendor Info, Please Read!

There is electricity available. Vendors are responsible for their own set up and take down. You must provide your own tent, tables, and extension cords. You must leave your area clean and have appropriate volunteers to run your vendor booth.

Vendors must provide a game or Christmas themed activity or giveaway at the event. You will be part of the family area. Think Christmas carnival style games or Christmas crafts.

Vendor instructions and itinerary will be sent out via email closer to the event. Please provide an accurate email on your form and be sure to add us as a contact so we don't go to spam. Vendor instructions will come from the winterwalk email listed above.
